Fitness Center Rules, Etiquette and Policies

  • Sign-in: Check in at the 1F reception.

  • Fitness Level: Initial assessment recommended.

  • Attire: Wear appropriate sports attire and shoes (no swimsuits or jeans).

  • Coaching: Only ACC Fitness Trainers are permitted.

  • Food & Drinks: No food, drinks, or smoking allowed.

  • Children: Children under 12 are not allowed unless participating in club activities.

  • Cardio Equipment: Limit use to 30 minutes; clean after use.

  • Equipment Care: Handle equipment with care; misuse may result in removal.

  • Booking:

    • Priority: Online (10 days in advance, Thursdays at 10:00 pm).

    • Secondary: Phone or at the Fitness Center counter (one day before, not guaranteed).

  • Attendees: Members get priority; guests must be accompanied.

  • Children: Not allowed in adult classes; classes for under 13 available.

  • Attendance: Check in with the instructor 5 minutes before class. Minimum 3 participants required. Guests can join if space permits.

  • Forfeitures: Arriving 5+ minutes late results in forfeiting your spot.

  • Cancellations:

    • 8:00pm day before up to the class start time: NT$100 late cancellation fee.

    • Before 8:00 pm day before: 2 free cancellations per month, then NT$100 fee.

    • No-Show: NT$300 penalty fee per occurrence.

  • Within < 24 Hours: 50% fee.

  • No-Show: 100% fee.
