ACC rules apply. Register guests at Membership Service Desk and pay at Sports Counter or Tennis Office.

Only ACC adult and teenage dependent Members can register Club Guests.

Guests must be accompanied by the Host Member and comply with posted restrictions.

Who: Members & dependents (13+).

When: Up to 7 days in advance (online, in-person by calling the Pro Shop).

Quota:

• Squash: 2 hours/day (separate or back-to-back).

• Multi-Sport: 2 hours/day (Mon-Fri), 1 hour/day (Sat-Sun & Holidays).

Consecutive Hours: Booking two consecutive hours is permitted.

Children’s Bookings: For children 12 & under, bookings must be made under a parent’s name, and the child is listed as the Main Player; counts toward the parent’s quota.

Priority Rules: All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis across all platforms.

Adults may not wait in line for their spouses.

Children (12 & under) must be present in line for priority; parents need not be.

Quota-Free Bookings: Court slots booked on the day or after 12:01 a.m. the day before do not count toward the quota

Tournaments: Court availability may be affected; contact the Pro Shop for booking options

Multi-Sport Booking Policy (Per Membership Family or Group)

Monday to Friday: A maximum of two hours of court time may be booked per day. These may be back-to-back or separated within the same day.

Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: A maximum of one hour of court time may be booked per day.

Cancellations: Free if cancelled 12+ hours before the slotLate Cancellations: NT$200 fee if within 12 hours.

No-Shows: NT$400 fee if over 10 minutes late. Slot becomes available after 10 mins and must be booked via the system.

Substitute Players: A family member (same membership number) may use the court, but the absence of the Main Player is still considered a no-show.

Unauthorized Use: If neither the Main Player nor a family member shows up, others may not use the slot, and it is still treated as a no-show.

Weather Exceptions: Penalties will be waived for bad weather

Penalty Enforcement: Pro Shop staff apply all penalties manually; the system does not auto-charge.

If a cancellation occurs 12+ hours before a slot, the first person on the waiting list is automatically booked.

An email/SMS will notify the assigned Member.

All Members on the waiting list are notified at the same time.

They must book the slot manually through the system on a first-come, first-served basis.

Avoiding Fees: No penalty applies for cancelling an automatically assigned slot

Quota Counting: It doesn’t count if the automatic assignment is within the same day or day before.

Overbooking: If a member exceeds their quota through automatic assignments, the Racquet Sports Office will assist in resolving the overbooking.
