Introduction

Located within the Library, our Business & Computer Center features 2 PCs available for Members and guests, equipped with internet access and Microsoft Office. Printing services are also available for a fee.

Wi-Fi Service

Enjoy Wi-Fi throughout ACC with the SSID "ACC." Easy connection and help cards provided. Staff assistance available.

Wi-Fi Transmitters & Signal Strength:

Wi-Fi transmitters (APs) are distributed throughout Member areas for continuous service.

If your signal is low, disconnecting and reconnecting Wi-Fi may help find the strongest signal.

System Security

We recommend using the main 'ACC' Wi-Fi, secured with WPA2 encryption.

If your device doesn’t support WPA2, connect to the 'ACC-WPA' signal.

ACC only provides these two Wi-Fi networks; any other signals are not from ACC.

Technical Details

The ACC Wi-Fi system uses advanced high-capacity equipment with "smart beaming", interference avoidance, and roaming technology.

Dual radio (2.4GHz and 5GHz) bands are provided for optimal performance.

Direct Network Connection

We recommend using ACC Wi-Fi for most Wi-Fi needs.

Cabled network points are available in function rooms if needed.

Rules

Wi-Fi Troubleshooting Tips

Devices may not always connect to the nearest transmitter.
Restart your Wi-Fi to reconnect to the strongest signal.

Make sure you are using the correct password, available from outlet staff.
If you can't connect to the "ACC" (WPA2) signal, try the "ACC-WPA" signal as your device might not support WPA2.
If the problem persists, clear the stored connection for ACC or ACC-WPA and try reconnecting.
If issues continue, seek assistance as described under "Other Issues."

Report problems to the Front Desk staff or submit an eComment for follow-up and assistance.
For urgent issues, contact outlet staff or the Front Desk immediately.
